Ultimate Reset - Day 20

Today was a pretty pleasant day. I started off the day with the workout at Burn Boot Camp. It was leg day and I felt pretty energetic. I had lunch with a friend and we went to a fairly new restaurant where I live called Salads on Demand. It was amazing with every salad topping under the sun. Of course I picked all toppings that were compatible with the reset. They had homemade Italian dressing, and it was the best I've ever tasted. Definitely will be back there again!


I've been thinking a lot about what I'm going to do post Reset, and I'm not 100% sure yet. I don't really have the desire to bring back meat right away. I am on the fence about coffee. I love coffee. I love starting off my morning with it, and it definitely helps me to be more awake. But, like my husband pointed out, one habit will just lead to another. It will start with a cup of coffee. Next it will be me ordering a sugary latte. Then, I'm having coffee and donuts. He's probably right. So, I'm not exactly sure what I'm gonna do there.


Per usual, I am so tired as I'm typing this that I can hardly keep my eyes open. I used to be able to stay awake late into the night working on different projects. Now, I just can't wait to shut my eyes and go to sleep. Therefore, I'm going to keep this short and sweet tonight.

One more day! I can't believe it's just about over. What a great feeling!
