Ultimate Reset - Day 4

No more headache today and the fatigue is starting to ease up. But, now I have entered the bloated stage. My stomach is full of air and making lots of noise and movement! Luckily for those around me, I'm not outwardly gassy. My stomach would probably feel better if I was! I'm sure this will subside. I haven't eaten this many vegetables for quite a while. I'm on a fiber overload!


I wanted to mention one thing I'm not doing this reset. The program suggests that you only drink distilled water with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt for all 21 days. I did that the first Reset, but none after. It's an added expense and having 21 plastic jugs in hand is not something I want to deal with at the end. I can see the benefits of doing this for the purpose of the detox, but it's not important to me at the moment. So, good old Murfreesboro tap water will have to do.


My food was great today. I needed carbs this morning so I had Farina (cream of wheat). I also saved my snack for after dinner and turned my apple and nuts into dessert by sauté them with cinnamon and a little maple syrup. Here's what the day looked like:

My workouts are going very well and I look forward to them every morning. I'm so glad I decided to sign up at Burn Boot Camp. I needed some social interaction and this is hitting the spot. When my kids go back to school, I'll be incorporating some rides on my BODi bike too.
