This may be a little TMI, but I promised I would tell you everything. Unexpectedly, Aunt Flow came for a visit today. I'm guessing my crazy bloated feeling and fatigue was impacted by that. Oh, also, my irritated mood was probably from that too! It came a bit early and I wonder if the change in diet had anything to do with that. It says in the manual that your cycle can sometimes be affected by the Reset. During my workout this morning, I felt very weak. I wasn't weak in my energy levels, but instead weak in my strength. I was not able to lift very much at all. It was really weird! I'm sure it all was due to my impending cycle. Oh, the joys of being a woman.
My meals were all on point today. I had to go straight from my workout to an appointment so I prepped my oatmeal and blueberries before I left. It was waiting for me in the car after my workout. For lunch, I had leftovers from last night. Dinner was a vegetable curry recipe from "A Taste of the World" recipe booklet that was added to the Reset. It was tasty and filling. Instead of the vegetables they recommended in the recipe, I just threw in a bag of frozen Asian stirfry vegetables and the leftover potatoes from day 2.

I'm looking forward to two days off of workouts to let me body recover and rest. I'm also hoping that tomorrow I have a little movement on the scale. I've been going to the bathroom pretty frequently, so I'm expecting I'll see a drop here pretty soon. I'll keep you posted!
