Reclaiming My Health: Follow along my 3 Week Health Reset

As my birthday approaches, I find myself reflecting on the past year, realizing that I've dedicated most of my time and energy to my family, full-time job, and my passion for music. While these aspects of my life have brought immense joy and fulfillment, I must admit that I neglected my own well-being in the process. The result? I've noticed that I've gained around 15 pounds during this time. I have worked out fairly consistently, but the scale keeps creeping up as a result of inconsistent nutrition.



But here's the thing – I've decided to turn this realization into an opportunity for positive change. I'm embracing this vulnerable moment and inviting you to join me on a transformative health reset over the next four weeks, leading up to my 47th birthday! I've chosen to follow the BODi Ultimate Reset plan, incorporating all the exciting new recipes that have been added.

For those who may not be familiar, the BODi Ultimate Reset is a comprehensive program designed to help individuals reset their bodies through a combination of clean eating, gentle detoxification, and mindfulness practices. It's not about strict dieting or deprivation, but rather about nourishing our bodies with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that support overall well-being.


Throughout the Reset, I'll be trying out new recipes recently added to the library, exploring a variety of flavors and textures that will keep me engaged and excited about my health journey. I have done this Reset three times before and, admittedly, was not crazy about many of the recipes. These new additions are game changers for me, I just know it!


You are not advised to workout during the Reset. But I have a little secret for you – I plan to incorporate some workouts during the Reset. Physical activity has always been a vital aspect of my life, and it helps me stay motivated and focused. Now, let me assure you that I won't push myself to the limit. Instead, I'll listen to my body and ensure that I'm feeling good and resting when I need it.


My goal during this journey is to reach 147 pounds by August 23rd, the day I turn 47. The number itself, however, isn't what matters; it's about reclaiming my health and vitality, feeling confident and strong as I step into this new chapter of my life.


I invite you all to follow along on this adventure with me. I'll be sharing my experiences, struggles, and triumphs throughout the weeks, inviting you into the raw and real moments of this health reset. It won't be all sunshine and rainbows, but I know it will be worth it.


I'm eager to see the results of this reset, not just in terms of weight but also in how it impacts my overall energy, mood, and mental clarity. See you at the finish line!
