Ultimate Reset - Day 21

Leave it to me to feel the worst on the last day. I don't think it has much to do with the Reset. I am so tired today and I have a bad headache. I'm attributing it to either allergies or maybe a little illness passed on to me from my husband. I had visions of prancing through the green grass with all my newfound energy. Instead I'm in bed watching Dateline and nursing my headache.

On a better note, I was down 8 lbs this morning. I'm super pleased with those results. I'll post all my final results tomorrow after I wake up, weigh and do my measurements. My husband noted that I look better overall. He said my skin looks better and I just look healthier.

I definitely want to keep going. My goal is lose another 7 lbs. I'll be experimenting with how I can incorporate some animal products back into my diet without going full carnivore. I have a LOT of vegan cookbooks so I'll spend some time revisiting how to cook that way. But, I don't think I am going to give up meat again totally. I don't want to eat it every single day, but I do want to eat it sometimes. Who knows? I really don't have a plan yet.

I also want to mention that I've had great strides in productivity too. I accomplished a lot in these three weeks. I worked out 4-5 times a week. I organized my closet and removed 8 bags of clothes. I meal planned and prepped. I worked on decorating our master bedroom. I had a successful quarterly review, and I'm headed for a strong start to our fiscal year. I know there is a correlation between how I treat my body and how it treat me back.
